Day 4 of the Lockdown - Stage 1 3hr run. The plan was to start at the junction of the Delaware and Lehigh Rivers and work my way north for 20km. As this was the last day, I wasn't expecting to make the entire distance. I surprised myself and actually exceeded the plan. Running is not my preference and this is by far the longest I have gone. It was rewarding thinking of where I started and how far I went.
Now I just need to compile and submit all my date :)

Kayak 3:40:00 [3] 10.5 mi (20:57 / mi)

Day 2 of the Lockdown AR and first leg of Stage 5 -Delaware River kayak drop in at Bushkill Landing. Intent was to stop at the Copper Mine trail on the NJ side for a multi sport hike and then continue kayaking. I never did more than look at the general area on a map and when we got into the river we lost cell service for a good portion. - Lesson learned to plan better.
Pulled out at Smithfield beach and then hiked the McDade Trail south past the start point and back.
Very nice day, saw a bunch of Bald Eagles and an eagle nest along with a bunch of other wildlife.
3 PM

Hiking 1:30:00 [3] 5.5 mi (16:22 / mi)
shoes: Inov8 X-talon 225

Second part of the Lockdown Stage 5 multi-sport - hiked the McDade Trail south from Smithfield Beach landing past the start point and back.

Day 1 of the Lockdown AR - Stage 2 - Egypt Mills orienteering
Woods are in sad shape from a major windstorm. Many trails are blocked and many areas have a lot of uprooted trees. I'm not sure an orienteering event could be done hear without some update to the map.
Wonderful day to be out in the woods.
2 PM

Cycling 4:33:41 [3] 34.9 mi (7:51 / mi) +720m 7:22 / mi
ahr:106 max:145

Stage 3 of the Lockdown - road cycling - started just south of Egypt Mills on River Road and rode home. Pleasant ride with some great views on Cherry Valley Rd.
Found and documented the items needed and found 7 of the 10 geocaches needed.
