Orienteering 44:58 [3] 6.1 km (7:22 / km)
ahr:147 max:170 shoes: inov8 Bare-Grip 200

Green Course- Mid Atlantics, 6th on green
Tentative after yesterday's 20+ km effort on the Two Rivers Adventure Race.
My legs were flat but it helped me focus on making good route choices. I am very happy with the result considering the lack of training I have done and coming off yesterday.
Ran with inov8 bare-grips one more time as they are very comfortable... but not much holding them together at this point.

FUN FACT:
Today I ran an orienteering course that went from MD to PA to MD
Yesterday I ran an adventure race that went from PA to DE to PA.
2 PM

Orienteering 8:14 [3] 1.7 km (4:51 / km)
shoes: inov8 Bare-Grip 200

1st leg of relay
Poor coordination - was waiting at pavilion and realized start was by covered bridge. got there with 2 minutes remaining to hear it would be a full relay and I would hand off map to 2nd leg (I had no idea who was on my team) 15 seconds to go and Wyatt questioned that I was leg one. No to to check so I ran...
Did fairly well again considering what I covered this weekend and my lack of training. Finished about 30 seconds behind AJ (who passed me going uphill to 3 and then again to 4)
Finished, grabbed map to and waived it over my head asking who gets this :) (real professional)
Found out Greg Balter was the 3rd leg so I was happy do not fall behind too much but I don't think out 2nd leg did too well.
