lake w/ patty increasing our daily step count but still not to 10,000. may not have been the best thing to do as I can feel the soreness in my left knee after that. This brings me to the conclusion that I should really try to limit use for a while instead of just slowing down. Let's see what a 7 day couch potato plan does.

5.2km Green course still feeling strain in the left knee. Tried to keep the pace down and focus on good navigation. Messed up #9 the most by leaving 8 in the wrong direction. (I blame it on a new compass that chose not to work at that moment ) :) Hoping that no orienteering next weekend will help heal the knee.
