Red 8.04 on 7.0km course = 115%
Stayed focused on map and position. Just one error going to 13, passed rock cliff and thought that was cue to head up to control but I was not nearly far enough down trail.
Felt much better coming back from last week. now maybe I can look at that run more analytically.

NOTE: I have not really kept tract of Ave/Max heart rate in relation to each other but this ave seems a lot closer to the Max than most of my efforts. Which, to me would seem good.

I'm recording bike-O as cycling to keep foot-O as sole orienteering entry.
short course - rough leg to 2 but the rest was fun - except for coming back up the hill :)

NOTE: In review of our route choices on Bike-O I have to give credit to Erik'c courses. There were several places in the course where a backtrack or longer route made scene. On the short course one of them was 9-10. I didnt see it until I entered the RG but we would have been better off doubling back to the road and going up the main trail to the lake than forging ahead on the trail. It's hard to switch gears (foot to bike) but many times the shortest route on bike is not the best... Let's see if we can remember this next time.
