ahr:84 max:130 shoes: inov8 Bare-Grip 200

1st O event of the year.
5.62km on a 4.8km green = 117%

Green and I did fairly well except for a 1 minute detour on #5 and a slight bobble leaving #10. Very happy with a number of these especially the long #6 only being 30 seconds behind Karl A.
heading to the go control from 10 was brutal and even thou I continued a jog, it must have been a snails pace.

In looking at the splits, I was in second place for the entire race up to ctrl #10 then I was passed by 3 orienteerers on the leg to the go control. Guess I need to work on my stamina.

NOTE: HR just does not seem right - there is no way I was that low at the finish. Maybe I had it on backwards?
