Note

It has been almost 3 months since I started taking Glucosamine (Nov 22) and I don't have the painful achenes anymore. I also noticed it has been easier to go down the stairs first thing in the morning.

I almost credited that with the nearly 6 weeks of workouts I've been doing. I think that may have helped but I think the Glu is starting to do the job.
