First time vetting course. Did both/all white and yellow. Used what I learned when we did trail-o at ridely in December

Ran yellow as non compete for practice and to see if I could beat Max by 100%.

didnt swim today. left arm is sore (tricept and elbow-tendons above elbow?) and I didnt think the swim stroke would help it.

more clean up - it doesnt seem to end - worked most of the day but just putting down the more intense time. left arm is hurting from last weeks whack with the tree limb and continual use with chain saw.

5.5km - ran in 113% of course length.
Surprised at 1st place and being 1st on most legs as I felt good but could have improved many of them. Got distracted and zoned out on 6 And dropped into knee deep mud at 7 (although in talking with others I may have gotten off easy) Running out of steam on 17, 18, & finish and didn't have good route choices. Happy with result but was shooting for sub-10min/km.
oh yeah, I also went down twice but they were both soft areas - it almost felt nice to be laying down. :)

Helping neighbor remove very large, damaged maples in yard. 18" branches were torn off from S.S.
I'm gonna feel this tommorow.
