Nolde Red - A horrible run starting with a 180 from 1-2 that was had to recover mentally from. Then a mammoth leg to 3 which I made a poor choice on. Over the entire course I got caught several (6-8) times in thick green that had me to a craw or backtracking. My body felt worse this week than last even though I was just as the end of being sick last week.
There were a few bright spots but overall my mind was defeated.

Fell on last leg pulling my groin slightly, which must have covered the injury I did to my right elbow trying to catch myself. Not as bad as it was last summer but very painful now and will be a slow recovery.
