Prince William. No course just running slow. heel pain 1/5
1/5 means the first ten minutes hurt then little to notice for the rest.
2/5 is first ten minutes of pain then bouts appearing throughout.
3/5 is bearable pain throughout.
4/5 is increasing pain to the point of cutting the run short.
5/5 is a no go.
