Metro 1 at Mt Annan Div 4 3.9 km. Felt tied up from yesterday and made 2 + 1 min errors, otherwise as good as could be expected.

Legs absolutely shattered from weekend.

Very interesting trip home down the very appropriately named Thunderbolts Way in the storm and its aftermath. One half hour wait while one of the larger trees was cleared from the road and then a further one hour while Shane Trotter did the honours on a couple further on.
