3x1M repeats with ca 2min jog recoveries in about 3:50 pace with Barr's girls. Difficulties to keep up with Sorcha and John but great session! Splits 6:13, 6:18, 6:09.

8x360m hills in 1:40-1:50 with ca 2min jog down recoveries. Not able to do the track intervals.
