Trampe, Berlin. Started fast, but lost it completely to P1, then again to P2. Combined with my breathing problems I decided it was not worth to run the whole course, so I just took some more controls at easy pace. Giving up a race is the worst :(

Felt not great but ok with easy pace, but then I run some sprints and didn't get enough air through my throat.
