Hiking with Jan. Rosendal - tempo Malmangernuten - Volarusten - Bjørndalsseter - Hattebergsdalen - Rosendal. Wonderful warm sunshine! 2:45 up incl 47' tempo up Malmangernuten (felt quite good!), 1700 Hm, 5:30 total. Felt very exhausted after ca 2h and was happy we chose a shorter alternative. With some rest, food and water things got better, but the last flat km down to Rosendal I was really really tired.

We were on the way to a hiking weekend trip when we got caught in a traffic jam. We left the road to wait it out and I went exploring. What I found was Arna stadion :) 20' EL, 12x 200 m / 100 m P, 6' AL Not used to running fast flat, so felt a bit slow.
