5 km road race Åsaneløpet: 19'48. Not as good as last years, but still happy to be able to push hard. Body didn't feel any good this week (after Wednesday).

Nygårdshøyden.
2nd of 2 legs, started quite behind the others. Managed to close the gap and see their backs, but didn't manage to pass them before the finish.
