I was breathing really hard today, harder than normal. But my HR never got over 144bpm which is weird for me as I’m usually up in the mid 170s. I did an actual palpation after the last mile and still that was only around 130bpm. I mean, my body definitely feels fatigued but usually that means a higher HR when doing only a little work. I’ll ask the trainer about it tm.
Anyways, my leg was okay until the last mile where it was a little sore but pretty good. Then in the cooldown it was aching a lot more consistently than it has been this season. I never really felt like I recovered from it hurting on Thursday either, which hasn’t happened this season.

One more week.

15mins continual hills. It was rainy af. My GPS also got a little confused out there....

I had some more acu done yesterday and my leg was a little tender at the start of the warmup and then was ok. During the uphills it was a stiff but fine.
Got quite sore by the end of the cool down... probably shouldn't have done so much today...

4x 1km loops continual, with pick ups on the long stretch of the loop (about 1min on, 1min off ish)

I absolutely despise workouts on Bertram Dr but the weather was so perfect and I was feeling really strong so it wasn’t so awful. Calves not that bad afterwards but lower leg and big toes were not the happiest. Coach also brought us Halloween candy so that made it a little better!
