Hopped on over to Chez Smith to borrow their spin bike. Leg was feeling decent. A little achy but nothing compared to before.

Got new skis today and really wanted to go test them out, but didn’t want to take any risks with my leg :(
Went for a walk and it felt good but still stiff afterwards and tender most of the time.

Leg still not at 100% but much better than on Wednesday. Managed to do 10mins of harder stuff today.
