About 19mins of easy running while enjoying a nice sunset, then 4x ~1minute long hills. Hills are death when you haven’t been doing high intensity cardio in a while but this is probably my best bet training wise right now (aside from snowshoe running). My leg didn’t really hurt until the end of the last hill.
