Snowy terrain run with Hammer in the CIL trails!
Tough work but great training for marshes this summer.
My GPS track is a little messed up because it says that I started on the other side of the highway...

(Hammer totally went in a circle btw)

Day 2 at GN! trails were a little faster and a lot bumpier. I opted for more loops of the flatter partridge trail to work on getting the technique back.

First ski of the season at GN with Hammer! Conditions were pretty darn good considering the small base - just a few bumps here and there.
Took a while to find the right groove but it came eventually.

Does thinking about how much my triceps hurt count as studying for my anatomy exam?

CIL trails with Hammer is snow!!
Maybe 15cm of fresh pow - such fun!
Ran in the deep stuff most of the time and my leg only started hurting near the end, but not as bad as Tuesday.

Hopefully we can get a ski in tomorrow if the trails are set! :)

Got an adjustment in one set of orthotics so I'll try it out for a week until getting the other set done too.
My legs is still quite sore from yesterday :(

On a good note - done classes for this term! 5 exams to go.

Map run for first 35mins. Found a random map from Finland so I picked my routes for the course and visualized what I would be seeing. Then I went down the south shore trail and almost died it was so slippery!! My leg felt really good up until the last 10mins. Ice ice ice :/
