3- some punk arse squirrel tried to played chicken with me

Up to the Chedoke rail trail to scenic woods. Had some fun on the small trails there too. SUCH a perfect day!!

Then we did 5x 1min with 1 min jog rest (incl).
I got my leg taped and it was feeling quite good until 2 mins to go, but nothing super awful like Tuesday. Other than that I really felt a good effort tonight !

4x1k on the road with 1-1:30min rest. Easy incline out and slow decent back.
3:50, 3:57, 4:02, 4:08.
Felt good on the first three and really tired to focus on foot placement and keeping my right ankle from turning in. The last one my whole right calf cramped up from working so much. This'll be a long process for my feet to stop sucking at being feet!!
