After a gorgeous morning photographing the Peak-2-Peak, I finally got around to my workout.

I decided to do this at Princess Point instead of the boring grass -amazing how a little variety in the terrain can make a workout fly by... so much more fun!

4min, 2min, 3min, (rest 2) 2, 2, 2. All with 1 min rest in between.

I felt pretty good on these, and was able to push nicely!

Lead a nav clinic this morning and I'm generally pooped so I decided to do my other workout for this week tomorrow.
I also have an appointment with the sports med doctor on Monday so we'll see my fate after that ...
