Paddle around G-Bay with the famjam! Too windy to make our way out to the Hole in the Wall, so we paddled around the island for a while. On the way back we were kayak surfing !!

A control description exercise at McMaster with Nicole and DD. Really took the time to understand what the description was since some the the CPs just had the SI units on the ground. A few ones messed me up but once I got into the swing of things it went better. Good stuff, thanks Meghan!

TNT ravine road whips! 6x, about 4:10 running and 1:20 rest. Long gradual hill and back and then a steeper one. Good for both uphill and downhill running. Felt super for the first 4, pushed hard on the 5th and then absolutely died on the last one.

I had planned on doing more and also go for a bike ride with Nicole but then I promptly fell asleep for 2 hours... Much needed so after a stressful week of studying and exams. IM DONE HIGH SCHOOL!!!!

Logging commute to work because I was a little late and biking into a strong headwind the whole way. Not even kidding, I almost blew into the sidewalk at one point, and was so slow going down the hill. Then back up the hill, but that's where I'm ending the 'training' because the rest was just an enjoyable moment splashing through summer rain puddles :)

It's official! I have decided to reconsider my position on the Canadian WOC team this year. See you all in Sweden! :)
