At GN with the fam and Max! We were out for about an hour and a half, teaching the newbie how to ski and skiing the long lynx with Hammer. The fantastic conditions made for perfect spring skiing, in a tshirt!

Helping with a new program with McMaster University for Mental Health, teaching some basic nav and then doing an X-League type course (30 min score-o) with them! Partnered with some XC runners so they were naturals and we sped through the course! Lots of fun and I hope to see some growth with this program!

Felt very nauseous and dizzy at times, and just wiped of energy. ( i.e. A fat kid chasing an ice cream cone) Just couldn't get my heart rate up... Weird.
Did 4/6 full intervals, one easy jog and one resting.

Going to Pilates tonight, but it was just so lovely outside (14C and sun!) that I had to go for a short run. I was aiming for 30 mins, but I got about 14 mins in and was forced to go through a huge slush puddle. My feet froze instantly and then were hurting when I stepped, so I ran (awkwardly) home. Glad I stole my mom's trail shoes though, it was super slick!
