Pm water run at Mac, taking it easy on my quad. It felt a little stiff, not like the pain before but also not just a sore muscle. Weird.

Feeling a small twinge in my right quad again. Felt it at the start of X league but it went away within about 10 mins. I then noticed it after my spin yesterday. Today wasn't as bad, but I can definitely feel a small something there. Obviously way less painful than before, but just cautionary I took today off. Hopefully some cross training this weekend.

Hams were really sore on the cool down but felt a little better when Nicole helped me stretch them. Good roll/stretch tonight

X-League at Bayfront! Got everything except #9. Spent some time searching for two CPs that weren't there. Finished with 10 seconds to spare, but probably could have gone overtime and gotten 9 if I haven't lost that time searching.

Some sprint training at Mac with Nicole. Started with a line-o, then a control picking exercise. Took both slow, working on reading everything, looking up and flowing right through everything, no stopping!

7x figure 8s, about 3 mins on, 1 min rest and 2 mins rest after 4th. Sat last one (8th) out because my breathing got sketchy again. Besides that I felt really good!

Really feeling stronger with all these exercises! Added 10lbs to backsquats and deads, and did step ups with 10 lbs too.
