2x hills, running 100m past the crest of the hill, then a 500m loop. Was going to do 3 sets but after the first one I felt lightheaded, my body and legs felt heavy and I just felt awful. Stopped running, stretched and then jogged back.

Man I remember why I didn't race this one for the past two years, sooOo boring!
Still had a pretty solid run. Felt pretty crappy near the end, just really heavy and tired. (Need to get my blood taken to check iron levels)
Finished 5th, 1 min behind Chloe.
Also, my blister on my heel is back and mightier than ever. (New spikes, love them minus this lil problem) the blister is 2cm in diameter and the bubble sticks out about 3mm from my foot!! Awesome!!!1!!

Found some rocks on the trail in Oakville and just had to do some core and stuff and admire the beautiful fall-ness. *sigh*
Also, note to self: wear tights with a drawstring next time
