Down to the stairs on the waterfront trail then back around the Churchill trails. Cut it short because my calves were starting to tighten up for some strange reason.

Gorgeous late afternoon run around Churchill. Legs felt strong and fresh :)

Short easy ski in Churchill. Only fit in this much... Homework calls :(

Ravine Road was a little trecherous for skating so I went around the part doing some double polling. Then some skating back and forth along the nice part of the trail above. Chilly.

Did some loops with the gang (3 in a row, then one after a rest) then I decided to run into the woods to warmup a little bit. Did one set of 2mins on, 1 off, then I heard some yelling. Stopped and scanned the golf course, and I saw someone down the hill. I ran down and found this kid who had hurt his leg snowboarding. (Still in great spirits though!) I told him to hang tight and went back and got the others who called some paramedics to come help. Strangely enough, the kid used to be in ARK! Good deed of the day = done
