5 x K2 in about 53 ish minutes with Hammer, Anvil, Trav and Sudden
legs felt like jello after the first loop from skiing yesterday, but the 5th went really well!
Baffles at the Hottage after were delish!

Nice spring skiing at Georgian Nordic today... in shorts!
Beauty day and pretty good skiing conditions!

Note

Went on a hike with Etoile and Hammer today but had to cut it short when both Hammer and I fell into giant puddles (they were basically lakes)
Could have logged it as swimming !

3x 400m on the grass at about a 1500m pace (kinda)

push ups, squats, sit ups and burpees for 1 min x2

Chloe did all of the nav!! :O
