Started with a spin class

Rested my sore foot and worked on weaker leg

Funky GPS route from the beach run is now up!!

I've had a sore inner ankle for about a week now... Right in front of the ankle bone is all swollen, and quite sore. Thinking it's Anterior Tendonitis. Probably due to lots of road running lately as well as the uneven beach run. Gonna rest it up and ice ice baby
