up the long hill and rest on way down, up short hill rest on way down x4
legs actually felt pretty good after the meet and i was able to push on the short hills.
IT band is quite sore :(

I was all super pumped for this meet, because the course was planned to go up the ski hill and into the nice trails, but no, that had to change it to running all twisty-turny on the side of the ski hill.
lots of smaller ups and downs, and side hilling in the open field.
our 4k course did two loops, and i felt really good on the first loop, sitting around 8th. on the second loop, i started to feel really dizzy, and actaully puked right before the big hill.
well, there's a first time for everything! :P
managed to still pull off a 17th place!
team was second!
