did some Speed mechanics! working on proper arms, kick, toe movements etc.
working on starts ( pushup start and 3 point start)
doing some sprints with the resistance cord (have the cord around your waist and someone pulls you so you can't run as fast) which was fun! feels like you're flying when you take it off!

some nice stretching using foam rollers, cross balls, massage sticks and bands! learned a lot about different types of stretching and how to do them properly

Did a pretty tough circuit up near the Indoor track.
lots of arm exercises, pull ups, push ups, dips, as well as some box jumps, stability balls rolls, lunges, squats and something else that i forget :P
tough work but it was fun!

Climb to the top of the big pole at the Altitude tower! (not the actual tower, the pole beside it) then the obstacle course! Fun!!!
