Note

Up in Parry Sound for the weekend! Got eaten alive by bugs and got a small sun-burn but hangin at da beach was awesome and working around the property was oodles of fun! Swimming around in Gorgian Bay in May! WOW!

played speed ball today! It was pretty fun. Speed ball is like handball untill you drop the ball or the other team touches you then it becomes soccer! and the ball has to be on the ground for you to score. It is very fun!

Orienteering 45:00 [3]

Adventure Nites with hammer at Ancaster creek! Did all the controls (no tin order) and enen found a sleeping ( maybe dead) baby dear all curled up in a ball! SO CUTE! Course was fun! thanks GHO SLOW!!!!!!! :)

Played soccer on the mini field that the 5 year olds use. the length of their field is the width of the field we use! :)

ran a 1500m nice and easy, didn't push as much. stretched and worked on sprints.
