SO we didn't really do 1500m today because our coach had to leave early so this is what we had to do (in order)
- run 3 easy jogging laps around Dalewood's fenced in back-lot.
- Sprint the long side of the fence and walk the width.
- when we got back to the start we had to walk to the fence and back to cool down.
very confusing,eh? Well it would make more sense if you actually saw where we ran but...:)
