Did my dance test and a warm-up.

Note

The reason we didn't have as much gym time was because 2 ti-cat players came to our school and talked to us about healthy eating.Numbers 19 and 67.

Running 45:00 [5]

TNT at Chedoke, with hammer and the others! Did a nice warm-up, then did 4 Lowrys but walked half way. ran up top then went down stairs. :)

Track 10:00 [3]

Did stretches, As and Cs then ran a 1500m. I didn't have any socks and my feet were killing me...:(

Running 30:00 [4]

Picked up checkpoints from a cancelled ARK, with hammer and others. was raining and all was fun! Woods are great there! :)

Did the 2 same dances. But at the end we had to make a machine using different actions. Our group made a doughnut making machine! ( pretty random)

Track 10:00 [2]

SO we didn't really do 1500m today because our coach had to leave early so this is what we had to do (in order)
- run 3 easy jogging laps around Dalewood's fenced in back-lot.
- Sprint the long side of the fence and walk the width.
- when we got back to the start we had to walk to the fence and back to cool down.

very confusing,eh? Well it would make more sense if you actually saw where we ran but...:)
