did the whole Canada's Greatest Know It All loop, and realized our head cam wasn't on, so Nicole and i went out and did half the course again, along with some epic ninja jumping footage... and some muddy wipeouts :)

knees were sore from lots of twisting during the race today and the hot dogs for dinner weren't agreeing at all. Knees hurt running down, so i just did two hills.

O cup finale!
Balmy weather and sun made for an awesome race!
running was really tough in the crust-cover snow. no crust-cruising for anyone!

i had a really good race, only a couple of toodles on the little trails, but i felt i chose really good routes. i was able to keep track of where i was on the map.
Did the dogbones, H,G,B and F in the box, and took a ton of wipeouts doing g, so i was glad to have a little break on the road from b.

Sassafras and Ginger Valley with Hammer in the icy conditions
Been sick for the past week with a chest cold, so getting out again was good.
Chest felt kind of tight and had some troubles breathing at first but they got better after a while.
