dodge-ball and then we soaked other sports with our water-bottles.

joined Track & Field for High Jump.

did a warm up game and then played some tournaments.

Road running 9:00 [3]

9 minute run on the track. 4 and a half laps because I am so lazy.

did an obstacle course where we jumped in and out of a hoola hoop, tackled a big foamy thing, grabbed the football on top, ran through the coaches who had punchy foamy things and dove on the high jump mat. fun! then we jumped through the hoola hoop onto the mat.

went to the pulse and did some cardio stuff then walked to the convenience store and bought a healthy snack,i got chocolate milk and a nutrigrain bar.

we either lost or tied the game. I forget. but it was still fun! we are the purple team and guess what team we played? Purple! lol! so we were the green team which was a bit confusing.

did a warm up game then played a mini game with a GIANT beach ball and it was so windy we really had to work to get the ball over the net. then did some rotations and a game.

man hunt in the woods! fun!

tried to beat our time on the shuttle run and then our number of push-ups, sit-ups and squats in 1 minute!

did Olympic Lifts today. also some dumbells, bench press and some machines. for the bench press I just used the bar which was 45 on it's own. i barley lifted it so i had the coach spot me.

no senior sport today cuz we took a campus tour. did you know half on Einstein's brain is kept in McMaster???????

played Survival. it was pretty awesome but i died. :(

ran to Churchill then did some step-up things on the benches then did rotations to 4 different station: calf stretches, chin ups, push ups on a bench and dips(also on a bench.) these were done on the playground. then we had to make our own moves on the playground. i did one were you lift yourself up on to bars with your hands and then you bring your legs up straight. good for your abs.

about an hour long bike with GHO Slow. about 13k down to sleepy hallow and lake jojo. with some minor detours cuz we went the wrong way.

One warm-up on the Gula Stigen then a started race but I ran into another log and hurt myself so I cut it short then did a real race and got 2:48!!!!!!!!!!!

5k run with hammer and Wil! went down and around big sound road! super fun but i was so tired from camp i walked most of the way back.

had to go inside because it was raining so there was a huge mat so we worked on pancakes and waffles and then just flopped om the mat.

they taught us how to properly use some machines then we tried them out. FUN!

SOCCER GAME!!!!!!!! WE WON!!!!!! FINALLY!!!!!!! 4-3!!!!!!! I SCORED THE FIRST GOAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WOOOOOOOOOOOOOO-HOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!

capture the flag for senior sport

went to the indoor track for 200m x 4 relay then to the pulse were we could try things out then we did a cross-fit work-out / circuit. we did 3,6,9s (three push ups, 6 sit ups, 9 squats.) and you do as many full circuits you can do in 10 minutes.fun but tough!

Gold trail for trails today. it is 4k. and ya I was so sore and i ran into a log. heh heh..... so ya i got a band-aid and then i t fell of so it was sorta not smart to waist band- aids so if you ever get a band-aid make sure they are the good kind so they don't fall of in like 10 minutes .(what that has to do with running i have NO idea)

Practiced volleys today. then played newconball ( no idea how to spell that)

9 minute fun. how many laps can you do in 9 minutes on the track? i did 4 an like 3/4 so she counted it as 5. which puts me on the gold trail! (whoo hoo!!!!!! not) and them a speed thing where there is 3 points and you run from the middle to the outside to the other outside to the middle and see how long it takes you.

Worked on push-ups, sit-ups, squats, and that running thing with the three points that i mentioned in my road run thingy.then we toured the pulse! woah! cool!

for senior sport (which is just a whole lot of random games) we layed cat and mouse with the parachute and then sardines.

Hike up a mountain to a glacier and a run down to the bottom. I was one hour and 2 seconds, dad 30 seconds behind me. it was super fun. ( oops, i mean: !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

did a line walk/run. made 1 tiny eansy weansy mistake but relocated and got back on track. it was awesome out there!

raced course 14 long and did 2 other controls instead of 9 and 10. FUN FUN FUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Junior training camp today!!!!! we did a map walk paying close attention to small details!! it was lots of fun!!!!

Middle on course 14!! was pretty easy made a few little mistakes but nothing huge. overall it was super fun!!

Sprint race at the college of the rockies! Good race came in first and (as you obviously already know) i temporarily beat a triplet!!!!!!!!!!

Long race in Cranbrook again today. I came first in my category again and didn't beat a triplet again and beat dad in the finish shoot again!!!!!!!! for today and yesterday my warm up and warm down was walking to and from the parking lot ( jk )

Thomass / sprint race in Kimberley!!!! I can 5th overall (i think)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
only had to go to 5 out 16 controls in the 'box' then did the short sprint race.
