WU: Mobility, Ido's Shoulders & Jump Rope.

Ring Muscle Up: 1,2,4
Pull Up: 1,2,3,4,5 then 12
KB Seesaw Press: 3 sets of 8x w/24kg's

Finisher: 10x KB Front Squats 2x24kg's then 2 rounds of 25 KB Swings w/24kg and 50x rope skips.

Note: Still seem to be recovering from sinus infection and two long days on the road so I took it easy and didn't push hard.

Ran w/L&K up to the beach front exercise stations, did 2 quick circuits than ran back trying to catch the two of them. Pushed the pace a little on the way home but my form was terrible as my shoulders were tight/sore as hell from the 2 circuits. Still recovering from cold/sinus infection

Walked up to Beach Exercise Stations w/boys and Pop in the morning. Did a quick circuit with them then walked over to the beach for a little bodysurfing session. What a way to kick off the day!
Still feeling a bit knackered from a Sinus Infection that's been nagging me the entire vacation but the salt air & humidity are clearing it out now.
