orienteering race 1:06:10 [4] 9.0 km (7:21 / km)
ahr:186 max:195

Running distance 10.16km. Worst feeling thusfar. I was hoping it would be something similar to last Sunday, but nope, toal repeat of Friday. I started easy pace, but after 2km I was just totally out. I seriously concidered quitting it right there, but decided to take it as an easy training for the rest. Walked every uphill and otherwise tried to keep my legs rolling and doing easy jogging so that I wouldn't look like total loser. In the end the result was better than I thought. I lost to my friend 2mins and beated an other team mate by half minute. 16mins to Djuurhus, who was quite clear winner. But I didn't lose, which was a nice surprise!

running/walking 1:10:00 [1] 10.0 km (7:00 / km)
ahr:130 max:170

Planned to do normal easy pace running 10km, but my legs gave up after 3kms of jogging. Struggled until 5km and then walked the rest of the 5km.

orienteering 18:42 [5] 3.88 km (4:49 / km)

Sprint training. Nice course. Unfortunately I was just shitty. Poor technical execution. Even weaker legs and it all just summed to big pile of strugling.

running 29:00 [2] 6.0 km (4:50 / km)
ahr:162 max:177

I have been resting a bit more than scheduled. I had a 24h exam on Monday, which practically meant 22h of watching a screen followed by 2,5h of sleep. Still having headaches and tiredness. Tomorrow going to a sprint training and hopefully I can start to do trainings as planned. On the other, extra rest might have been just good for me. Breaking the routines.
