Hiking training. First loop with my roommate, so the pace wasn't that hard and the second one alone and walking faster.

Basic uphill running day with a bit easier pace than usually as my legs were hurting from yesterday.

Uphill intervals with walking recovery. 7mins running, 5mins walking. It got dark sooner than I thought so I was only able to do two sets on forest path.

Tired legs from yesterday and I hadn't eaten sufficiently so it was quite long journey.

First hill run of 6 which I have planned for this week. Tired legs, I'm not sure why as I had a rest day on day before. Maybe I should have made more stretching and massaging.
