Started wih 7 people, but then during the running there was some shortage in the group.
Felt some pain in the knee area for the last 1h 15min, but thought that it is only normal after one week without running. After the training it was really sore and only moving it was painful. My plan to walk to Hollola tomorrow changed to visiting Mehiläinen at Monday.
