Pandaplace at Night
Started right at sunset. Second quarter moon was just about right because the moon was already high. Unfortunately the clouds weren't on my side. It was mostly cloudy throughout. Still light enough to run the roads without a light but needed a light on the trails once I got to PC. Cleared up as I was stretching afterwards.

Had to make a pitstop right before Boley.

Hiking 1:01:07 [0] 1.88 mi (32:30 / mi) +480ft 26:11 / mi

Family hike. We all drove to the backside of the mountain walked back to the house over the mountain. Came back via the creek to get the dogs some water. A huge tree down at the top of DD.

Road Running 33:51 intensity: (18 @0) + (3:33 @1) + (22:37 @2) + (7:12 @3) + (11 @4) 4.51 mi (7:30 / mi) +368ft 6:58 / mi

Not an exact Lick Run Run but a substitute. Same distance and climb and 75% same route. Didn't run back down to the house as I was picking up the car from our walk. Instead, I ran across the top for the last mile.

Think I may have spooked a bear out of the creek.

I wasn't particularly pushing but the pace was pretty good.

Homeplace W/Zitch/Skip/E 40# Pack
Rained most of the day. Was raining hard as we prepped so E suited up. Rain came to a drizzle as we stepped outside and stopped shortly after. Probably better than risking getting too cold.

E was practically asleep by the end.

Pandaplace
Had to shorten my intended ride a bit because of some work issues. Ended up adding more gravel to an already fast (gravel and trail) ride. Still got 11 miles of trail.

Climb up Beauty was decent. Put my foot down twice at the bottom. I think I can fix these. Dismounted on the last switchback at the top as well as usual.

Several PRs.

Exploring.
Ran straight down the spur to Lick Run and then up the creek. Lots of downed trees before I get to the trails I run regularly.

Ran over the mountain and to the FS property on Norris Run. Was primarily looking for the downhill trail I found last Saturday. Explored along the ridge some though and then went to find the trail. Ran past it two times but couldn't find the start. Will come back again later when I run farther W down the ridge and look harder.

I did find another downhill trail on Private Property.
