More of a destressing session than a training session.

Pottered up a handful of boulder routes... probably did more exercise belaying than climbing!

Still trying to streamline and improve number of strokes per length. The only think that actually reduced the tally was when the pool decided to convert from 50m to 25m using their funky little barriers mid-swim. Instant halving of stroke count, bingo!!
