Circuit style session at home, involving a mixture of things (core/legs/arms/glutes etc.). Knee coped fine but maybe a slight reaction afterwards, definitely wouldn't handle lifting heavy weights just yet. Really want to cross train (and obviously I want to run even more) but I can tell I'm not ready, also I still have a massive lump on my knee which hasn't gone down much.
Knee made painful by impact so no impact, no problems right? Wrong. Warm up was pain free, tried doing a session and knee gradually got more painful, although no way near the pain of running on it yesterday, so only did half a session and then warm down.

Turns out running wasn't a good idea, felt fine for the first 15 minutes or so but then I started feeling my right knee on the impact of every step and it slowly got worse, cut the run short but shouldn't have gone at all.

Core and glutes Knee really bad post-run so couldn't do most of the leg exercises I usually do, or anything that involves bending the knee too much, however it settled down by evening and now I can single leg squat with no problems.
