Note

Not updated for a while. On Monday 12th I flew to Finland with EUOC and spent a few days training with them in Tampere. Then we went over to Joensuu for Jukola (running leg 4 of Venla in Tampereen Pyrintö 4). Back to Durham last Monday.

(Since arriving home I have realised that I have lost my garmin, no idea how that happened and currently working on hopefully locating it. So for time being I have no garmin so just putting in rough estimates of current training and everything from Finland.)

On a different note, I have a cold, great. Survived the travelling and then picked it up from some friends in Durham. Training doesn't matter right now but it's frustrating because training has been very disrupted recently!

2 warm up sets of hang cleans (30kg, 35kg)
4 x 2 hang cleans (40kg)

4 x 3 front squats (35kg, 37.5kg 40kg x 2)
with 4 x 5 box jumps

4 x 3 push jerks (30kg, 32.5kg, 35kg x 2)
with 4 x 5 pull ups
