Turns out running wasn't a good idea, felt fine for the first 15 minutes or so but then I started feeling my right knee on the impact of every step and it slowly got worse, cut the run short but shouldn't have gone at all.

Core and glutes
Knee really bad post-run so couldn't do most of the leg exercises I usually do, or anything that involves bending the knee too much, however it settled down by evening and now I can single leg squat with no problems.
