May have had a minor fall on the descent from Ben Nevis, I've done worse descents but must have just stopped paying attention for a moment. Nothing serious but knees are a bit scraped up and swollen still. The impact from Thursday's descent was quite painful so held back a bit and knees were worse afterwards. Also stiffened up massively after spending most of Friday sat on a train. Had 3 rest days in a row now which feels completely wrong when on the whole my body feels fine and wants to run, but I wanted to give my knees the chance to settle down. Still a bit sore but will run tomorrow anyway.
