NEOC Meet.
Got a little messed up, and a lot of climb caused a slowwww orienteering day. Comparatively, did okay, but couldn't nail the 10 per K.
Oh well, though. Learned alot about myself as an orienteer this weekend.

Well, the training idea was great, just the organization ended up letting me go out but twice. Oh well, at least we got out in the woods today.

Grappling 1:30:00 [4]

So I decided to pick grapplinig back up after a few years (okay, so the last time I did it was senior year of HS). Anyways, I really love this and orienteering. I decided since I dont do alot of HW anyways, why not?
Great stuff. Some warmups, stretches, take downs, submissions, etc. I forgot how much i missed it.

went out, warmed up by jogging some, and went to pull some points.

Nice long run. Had to stop to go to the bathroom again, but I guess I'll just have to get used to that.

Shins were hurting again, but not to the point where I wanted to stop.
I guess thats a good thing...

I feel good that I can run 11 miles and feel okay, as if I could do it again.
I also enjoy the fact that I passed 5 1/2 consectutive APFT runs...
