ITW - with Anca. Tried to leave early but failed. Had to go round the Docks as the crane was running

Orienteering (Wimbledon Night O) 31:08 [3] 6.11 km (5:06 / km) +50m 4:54 / km
shoes: VJ IROC O-shoes

Lega feeling good despute the tightness from earlier. Was able to run through all the slopes on the course. Messed up #11 as I drifted to far right and had to fight my way into a couple of control circles. Round the path to #14 as well, as was worried about undergrowth... maybe shouldn't have been. Solid and quick otherwise I think

ITW - a little tired, but weather is still so nice. High cadence again, rather than pace (note: watch says 5.5 when going via St Paul's Church, but I guess it all evens itself out over time)
