Lega feeling good despute the tightness from earlier. Was able to run through all the slopes on the course. Messed up #11 as I drifted to far right and had to fight my way into a couple of control circles. Round the path to #14 as well, as was worried about undergrowth... maybe shouldn't have been. Solid and quick otherwise I think

HFW - focused on high cadence, but not pushing at all. Had a yoghurt bar and drank squash all day, which was noticeable. Will do that more. Via Waitrose to get dinner
