Set off for some quick hill sprints on the Green Bridge. Lower legs (from the knees down) were tight and sore all the way. Not very pleasant, so I only did 5 hill sprints (160m, 40secs, 7/8m climb).

Not sure how fast it really was today, but it felt like hard work. New route through the Revierenhof to Fort II (round it) and back. Drizzly, muddy, and a bit of a wad wind returning. Happy with the distance. Slowly beginning to feel less unfit... But my legs are feeling it!

A recovery run, although it probably ended up slightly brisker than originally planned (hence a 3). End to end in the Rivierenhof park (zigzagging on the way back). Tired after a long day (up at 5:15 this morning)
