A tougher session that yesterday (intensity 7), also covered slighlty more distance... defiantely felt harder

Cycling (Gym Bike) 30:00 [3] 13.38 km (2:15 / km)

Gentle cycle on the gym bike, intensity quite low at 5 (will start pushing it up slowly). Not planning on running during the week this week after my calves hurt while racing on Sunday. Will just do some non-impact exercises. Foot still bruised and hurting somewhat

The usual exercsies, but also adding some new training for the glutes as they have been the muscles hurting most recently
