Running 2:28:10 [1] 14.35 km (10:20 / km) +730m 8:14 / km
shoes: Blue GT2000

Walk/jog up and down Schiehallion with Phil. Heard some roaring stags which was fun.

Walking 1:00:00 [1]

Walk from the Hermitage with Phil up Birnam Hill. Very nice Autumn colours.

Strength and Conditioning 1:00:00 [1]

"with" Andrew. Was very salty this eve as I had to wait 40mins for a platform which I think is a piss take. I obvs appreciate that capacity is much reduced but when there are people using a platform for 1hr plus I just feel that's a bit much...
Reduced all the weights as obviously all the warming up I did was pointless
Reverse lunge 30kg
OH squat 20kg
Back Squat 20, 30, 30, 35kg
Deadlift 60kg

Pilates/Yoga 40:00 [0]

Body Balance with KIRSTIN (shame the classes are now cancelled for at least 2 weeks again!)

Spinning 50:00 [3]

RPM class again, I like the guy who leads this one. He has some good one liners such as "heavy bass means heavy gear" and my favourite bit is when he gets everyone to stretch their arms over their heads to loosen out your back and then goes "put your hands up if you're having fun, oh looks like everyone's having a great time!", classic.

Cycling 40:45 [1] 13.4 km (3:02 / km) +40m 3:00 / km

Little loop out along the canal in the dying light, feeling quite tired but good to be out.
