Somehow, even though neither of us usually gym on a Friday, Andrew and I were both in the gym for S&C this eve so I had a gym pal!
Warm up stuff
Reverse lunge 2x8 40kg
OH squat 2x8 30kg (didn't realise that last time I did 20, this felt hard)
Back squat 4x6 30, 40, 45, 50kg almost did too much, but I stopped at the right point
Deadlift 3x6 50, 60, 60kg
